- Not a Softwares-tab product nested inside another app. Not an extra door beside itself. Not a VPN. Agents must not treat /p/{slug}/{op} as exec.
- Not a ~100-file library unpack of the source tree.
- Not a Zenodo DOI mint (deposit_needed is a separate catalog track).

ZionPattern: **not_applicable**. Software / hardware / designs do not qualify for Zion cards.

Single door. aziel-runtime hosts the public mesh. This repo is the local FG-0.1 kernel and the human Worker / Flutter scaffold. Dual surface: agent MCP/OpenAPI vs Worker UI.

This is a **single** library dossier. Do not unpack the GitHub tree, release tarball, or Worker zip into many shelf files.
